Dispassionate. All the more devastating because dispassionate. Even the still-revered scientists come in for their share of criticism but really it comes down to the well-documented, willful failures of the former occupant of the Oval Office, his sycophantic enablers, and his “free dumb” loving cult. This first rough draft of history damns them all with meticulously researched evidence. Will we as a people learn from this? Excellent and eye opening scary As a nurse, COVID survivor, & long hauler, I was excited to read this book. It’s an excellent read. Well written & factually honest. It puts into perspective how our scientific & medical experts were sidelined & sabotaged by a greedy & corrupt President & administration that cared more about Election Day & winning than Americans dying & getting sick. This book is a must read. Our federally elected officials failed us in every way possible. it’s reassuring to know the physicians involved kept fighting & never gave up on trying to tell the truth & warn Americans & the world about the virus & it’s catastrophic effects it would have on society.
