This book was really informative. I have always had difficulty with carbohydrates, particularly in my later years. This diet looks promising. If you are looking for a new solution to weight loss and better health, this is definitely worth a look. It may not work or it may be phenomenal. I enjoyed the easy to read information and the down-to-earth explanations of the more complex nutrition and biochemical processes. Highly recommend this one. David rated it: 5.0 from 5.0
