This book contains peaceful and mindful thoughts, and I felt so much more at peace with my own thoughts and self after reading this. A great sophomore book from the up and coming authors, Yung Pueblo. Clarity & Connection took more emphasis on relationships with self and with others and how as a society we can do and be better if we all sought inner peace and inner love.
